After that, she joined the Photonic Technology Center in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and received the Ph.D. degree in 2020 for her work on monolithic integrated InP-on-Si quantum dot lasers and photonic integrated circuits. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Integrated Photonics Laboratory at the University of California Santa Barbara.
