Flyers and Event Email - Central Administrative Office
It is the submitter's responsibility to immediately:
Full Title: this is the field that will be listed on the flyer, in the body of the email sent to faculty, staff and students, and on the ECE Events page
Headline: this is a shorter title or description that will appear in the subject line of the email announcement to faculty, staff, and students and on the ECE Home page Event List

Abstracts and bios are often created in LaTeX, MathML or postscript and may also have embedded equations that may not translate over to email or html accurately.
It is strongly recommend that abstracts and bios be cut / pasted and edited into this submission form as plain text from a:
Any html formatting such as bold <bold>XXXX</bold>, italics <em>XXXX</em> and links <a href="XXXX</a> should to be completed on the online form by the submitter.
