Victoria is an Electrical and Computer Engineering Ph.D. student in the Integrated Photonics Laboratory. Prior to joining the group, she received her M.S. in Applied Physics with a concentration in semiconductor devices from the University of Oregon. As a part of the master’s program, Victoria spent a year interning at IBM’s Semiconductor Research and Development Center in Fishkill, NY. In 2012, she graduated with a B.S. in Physics from Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, VA. She is currently working on a high-power integrated laser for deep space communications.
