Only one of these works - the one on a cart. The one on top of the cabinets is broken.
The installation guide is here. The wiring diagram is on page 95. It is OK to neglect all references to the precision reference source. There is a precision reference source attached to the spectrum analyzer that doesn't work. It may or may not be functional. Definitely the spectrum analyzer works fine without it.
