3.) Open NI-MAX (measurement and automation explorer)
4.) Go to Tools>Visa>Visa options
5.) Pick "passports"
6.) Enable Tulip, save changes, and click "Refresh"
If Windows can't find the driver, it can be downloaded from: [3] (registration required but free)
