Installation[edit]

You can either use the Lumerical software on CNSI clusters, or on your own computer.

Use on CNSI server:

CNSI's instruction on usage of Lumerical FDTD on cluster can be found at: http://csc.cnsi.ucsb.edu/docs/lumerical-fdtd

Command: FDTD: fdtd-solutions DEVICE: device, device-engine

Paths: /sw/cnsi/lumerical/device/bin

Use on your own computer:

Simply add "admin2.cnsi.ucsb.edu" when the software requires a licence.

When you're finished, please quit the program so other people can use it, we don't have many licenses!
