FEATURES:

1, support output to be .GDS, or .CIF, or .EGS up to the input file name. 2, support layer configuration by c++ 3, Add functions for ellipse, parabolic, hyperbolic, and spiral (Archimedean or logarithmic) curves or pies 4, Support curve or pie formed by self-defined functions 5, Add function for multiple lines/S-bend/spiral 6, python wrapper implenmented with SWIG (Do not support sublayout yet).
