Paul is currently a Ph.D. student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at UCSB. He received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Fresno in 2015, and worked for NAVAIR at China Lake for 3 years prior to joining IPL in 2018. His interests are in integrated photonics for optical communications, and LIDAR
