- You need to have an Express Card 34 input on the computer
- Install the drivers and Universal Camera Controller using the flash drive folder, "SWIR GUI Installer"
- Install the XCAP-LITE version matching your OS. The key is given in the next section

Programming[edit]
- Main Software: XCAP-LITE (Limited functionality)
- The XCLIB library can also be accessed by any programming environment able to call functions within a DLL; a partial list includes Visual Basic, VB.NET, LabView, Matlab, and Borland Delphi.
