Piezo tuning[edit]
These are fiber lasers with external piezo cavities that can be tuned over ~10GHz. The procedure for doing this is outlined in the manual, but basically you plug a DC power supply in to the Dsub9 connector at the back of the laser power supply, set a voltage recommended by the specific laser's data sheet, and then turn on the laser. Here are the data sheets for each of the three lasers we have, organized by serial number:
